CMC700U - 5-Axis Machining center

CMC series 5-Axis Machining Center is mainly used for machining spare parts with high precision, multi-procedure, complicated shape, such as plate, disc, shell, mould etc. It can complete milling, drilling, reaming, boring, tapping continuously as well as precise machining of slant face and three-dimensional surface in one single clamping, the process is programmed and batch, production cycle is shortened, thus,the users will obtain good economic benefits.

CMC700U 5-axis machining centre adopts 5-axis frame layout, integrated design of column and bed, structure of ram moving up and down along the slide base (Z-direction), slide base moving longitudinally along the slide plate (Y-direction), slide plate moving transversely along the column (X-direction), rotary table tilting and turning along the Y-axis line -120°~+120° (B-axis), rotary table table surface rotating and moving 360° along the Z-axis line (C-axis). The bed, column, slide base, slide plate, slide plate and other large parts are all made of high-strength Meehanna castings. These large parts are designed with three-dimensional computer software-assisted optimization, with a reasonable arrangement of ribbed plates, and with a perfect heat-treatment process to eliminate the residual stresses, ensuring that the whole machine has sufficient strength, rigidity and high stability.
