The VNM1100 Vertical Machining Center adopts a vertical frame design, with the column firmly mounted on the bed. The spindle head moves vertically along the column (Z-axis), the saddle travels longitudinally along the bed (Y-axis), and the worktable moves transversely along the saddle (X-axis).
All major components — including the bed, table, saddle, column, and spindle head — are made of high-strength cast iron. Each part is optimized using advanced 3D computer-aided design, featuring a well-structured rib layout and a comprehensive heat treatment process to remove internal stress. This ensures the machine offers excellent rigidity, strength, and long-term stability, guaranteeing consistent accuracy and reliability in demanding machining operations.
