เครื่องล้างรถไฟ

          อุปกรณ์มีความสามารถ และความหลากหลายในการล้าง สามารถใช้เป็นแบบสถานีล้าง, กึ่งสถานีล้าง หรือแบบขับผ่าน สำหรับการล้างรถไฟที่ไม่มีระบบแหนบรับไฟ (Pantographs)ระบบอุปกรณ์ประกอบไปด้วยแปรงล้างชายคา, แปรงล้างด้านข้าง, ส่วนล้างแบบซุ้ม, ซุ้มสเปรย์เพื่อเตรียมการล้าง, แปลงล้างหลังคาแบบต่อเนื่อง, ระบบล้างหลังคา (ฟังค์ชั่นเลือกเพิ่ม), ระบบซุ้มออสโมซิส, ไฟสัญญาณบอกตำแหน่งการล้างด้านหลัง, ไฟสัญญาณบอกตำแหน่งการล้างด้านหน้า และแปรงล้างชายด้านข้าง รุ่นมาตรฐานสามารถเพิ่มฟังค์ชั่นการทำงานด้วย ระบบกระบอกสูบของแปรงล้างชายด้านข้าง รวมทั้งแปรงล้างด้านใต้ชายคา ตัวระบบจะประกอบไปด้วย ระบบ PLC เป็นระบบมาตรฐาน และด้วยระบบวัดแรงอัจฉริยะจะช่วยทำให้การล้างด้านข้างเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น และมีเสถียรภาพ

          ตัวรถไฟจะถูกขับเข้าตำแหน่งล้าง ก่อนหรือหลังการล้างด้านหน้า หรือการล้างด้านหลัง และตัวรถไฟจะวิ่งผ่านแปลงล้าง, แปลงขัด สำหรับการล้างด้านข้าง และอุปกรณ์ล้างรถไฟยังสามารถติดตั้งได้ทั้งด้านใน และด้านนอกอาคาร และด้วยระบบบำบัดน้ำ และนำน้ำกลับมาใช้ใหม่ จะช่วยลดอัตราการใช้น้ำในการล้าง และทำให้การล้างมีประสิทธิผลมากขึ้น

Train Wash Plant

          The equipment is a flexible wash concept which can be used as a stationary, semi-stationary or drive-through wash for trains without pantographs. The system comprises Eaves brush, Side brushes, Rinsing arch, Pre-spraying arch, Continuous roof brush, Roof wash is (optional), Osmosis rinsing arch, Positioning lights for rear wash, Positioning lamp for front wash and Skirt brushes. The basic model can be upgraded with skirt cylinders as well as eaves brushes for the lower side areas of the train. The system is equipped with a PLC unit as standard. Through intelligent power measuring the side rollers ensure a consistent, thorough washing result.

          The train is positioned before or after the washing system for front / rear wash and the vehicle passes through the wash, self-propelled, for the side wash. This wash unit concept can be implemented in a wash hall as well as outdoors. And with the water reclaim/recycle system, this allow the less of new water consumption and the wash efficiency can be achieved.
